pleased to announce the new “X-SERIES” MULTI-MODULAR DRAW
SYSTEM
Engineered Machinery Group , Inc. has developed a new series
of wire drawing machines that can be expandable to increase
future draw capabilities and production outputs, it is our
“X-SERIES MODULAR SYSTEM”.
 The
beauty of this concept is, a customer can buy a continuous
draw-line that consists of a single module horizontal
bull-block, with a non-stop drawing dead-block and pattern lay
turntable or a Spooler Take-up. The standard Two draw line is
capable of drawing 7/16 start size, low/medium carbon steel and
coiling 3/8 diameter or finish drawing 5/16 diameter at speeds
to 1300 fpm.
If the customer needs to increase the capacity to finish
smaller gauges or start with larger inlet diameters, they can
add spindles, our system is designed to incorporate as many
spindles as required to meet the new start or finish size range.
Modules can be added to the initial system either before the
original bull-block for heavier inlet sizes or after the
bull-block for increased productivity on the smaller sizes.
This concept allows a customer to make an economical
investment to start with and enable them to add spindles as
their business and demands for wire sales grows.
